Step One Directions: Shake bottle well and squirt into your natural fiber washcloth. Work up a lather and wash your entire body.

Step Two Directions: Fill your muslinbag with the detox herbal blend. Drape over the bath spout so the hot water runs through the bag and creates a natural body detox tea in the tub. The water should be as hot as you can stand it, without burning yourself. This allows for your pores to be opened and cleansed. Once the tub is full, toss the tied bag into the water and whisk it around to infuse your bath with even more of the detox herbal blend. Soak in tub for 15 -30 minutes

Step Three Directions: After soaking in the detox herbal blend, take the scrub and rub consistently all over your body until you feel that your skin is smooth. Rinse off with cool to lukewarm water.

Step Four Directions:

Wet & Dry Oil Directions- Pat dry your body. Shake well. Apply and massage vigorously all over your body.

Coco Shea Directions- Pat dry your body. Apply and massage vigorously all over your body.
